This isn't just coaching.
It's a mission.
I watched the men I loved most — the ones I looked up to — kill themselves with alcohol, self-sabotage, and by giving up on themselves entirely. All the while, I was hearing stories every week of young men my age taking their own lives.
I knew that men were suffering. Suffering in silence. Without a way out.
Over the years, I too found myself in places where I didn't care about myself or my life anymore. Addiction. Self-destruction. Low self-esteem. Wasting a precious life that had been given to me.
Unlike many men I know, I found a way out. Positive male influences. Role models. Coaches, therapists, faith. And truly knowing what it feels like to hit rock bottom — and what it feels like to live with purpose on the other side of it.
"It is my life's mission to show men a way out. Even the men who say they're 'fine' — fine is not good enough. There are so many incredible men out there just waiting to be unlocked."
